ROBERTS, Grace M - Putnam

Miss Grace M. Roberts, 66, died yesterday at her home, 1106 N Tecumseh after a long illness. She had been a secretary for the Midland Electric Coal Corp for 11 years before retirement in 1949 due to ill health. A member of the Roberts Park Methodist Church and Order of Eastern Star, she was born near Roachdale and had been a resident of Indianapolis 50 years. Services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Harry W. Moore Peach Chapel. Burial in Roachdale Cemetery.  Only immediate survivor is an uncle, Will Madlin, Roachdale. – kbz
